Extension exists to reach everyone. That includes how this site works and how our sessions are run.
Requesting an accommodation
If you need language services, an interpreter, materials in another format, seating arrangements, or any other reasonable accommodation for a session, contact LAS@pvamu.edu or call 936-261-5166 at least 21 days before the event so arrangements can be made. What we do on this site
- Semantic headings, landmarks, and skip friendly navigation on every page.
- Keyboard support for menus, media galleries, filters, and forms.
- Descriptive alt text on photography and transcripts or summaries for video.
- Color contrast checked against WCAG AA for text and interactive controls.
- Videos play in their native shape, with captions where a transcript exists.
- Forms with visible labels, clear error messages, and large tap targets.
