What we collect and why

Retention windows are reviewed by staff and records past the window are removed. Nothing on this site is sold, rented, or used for advertising.
Voluntary sharing
Anything you submit through a form here is shared voluntarily. Vendor emails and phone numbers appear on public profiles only when the vendor has opted in. CED Tarrant County, PVAMU Extension, and Prairie View A&M University are not responsible for what individuals choose to disclose or for how a recipient uses that information.
Who can see submissions
Only signed in staff and university leadership with an approved access level can read submissions in the administrative portal, and every view level, export, and deletion is recorded in an internal activity log.
Requesting a copy or removal
Volunteer and in kind signups include a personal management link that lets you update or cancel your own entry. For anything else, email cblilly@pvamu.edu and we will provide a copy of what we hold or remove it. See also our accessibility statement.
