How to sign up, and get around.

Check-in, schedule, readiness file, and materials for the nine-week cohort.

1. 1Open Cohort Hub in the top menu and choose Enter the hub.
2. 2Type the cohort access code staff read out or project on the room screen.
3. 3Type your email address — the same one you registered with. No name list, no password.
4. 4If you are on the roster the hub opens to your name. If not, a short card asks for your name; phone, business, and industry are optional.
5. 5On a session day you are checked in the moment the hub opens.
6. 6Facilitators and speakers use Facilitator sign in instead: email and a password set once. First visit, choose Email me a sign-in link instead, then accept the Create a password card.

Find any session and get it onto your own calendar.

1. 1Type in the search box to filter by title, topic, or location.
2. 2Use the sort control to switch between chronological order and newest first.
3. 3The count beside each heading tells you how many events are in that group.
4. 4Open an event to see the full description, the flyer, and the registration link.
5. 5Choose Add to Google Calendar, or download the calendar file to open it in Outlook or Apple Calendar.

Guides, forms, templates, and recorded videos.

1. 1Browse the library, or jump to Forms & Surveys, Templates, or Videos from the Resources menu.
2. 2Select any item to open or download it. Most items are open to everyone.
3. 3A lock icon means the item is reserved for a cohort or partner. Enter the passcode you were given in the passcode box, then select Unlock.
4. 4The unlock lasts for your visit. If you do not have a passcode, email us and we will tell you whether the item is meant for you.

Photos and videos from past sessions and events.

1. 1Use the filters to show photos only, videos only, or a specific program.
2. 2Select any tile to open it full size. Nothing is cropped in the viewer.
3. 3Use the arrows, or the left and right arrow keys, to move between items.
4. 4Press ESC, or select the close button, to return to the gallery.
5. 5Captions and transcripts sit below each item in the viewer.

Browse cohort businesses.

1. 1Open the showcase to see participating vendors and what they offer.
2. 2Select a vendor for their full profile and public links.
3. 3To reach a vendor whose contact details are not listed, use the contact request form on their profile. We pass your message along; we never publish a vendor's email or phone unless they opted in.

Sign up to help, and change your mind later without calling anyone.

1. 1Pick the session and the item or role you want to cover.
2. 2Enter your name and email, review the sharing acknowledgement, and submit.
3. 3You receive a confirmation email that includes a private manage link.
4. 4Use that manage link any time to review or cancel your signup. Each email can only claim the same item once, so if you see a duplicate notice you are already on the list.
